Ray Guanill, President/Founder

Ray Guanill heads Med-Ready Healthcare as the President and Founder. Ray has taken three components of his business philosophy; "Educate, Assist, and Perform," and implemented a second to none model. A 14 year veteran of the people business, Ray leads Med-Ready Healthcare’s rapid growth as a leading provider of healthcare staffing, education and philanthropy--backed by the best-in-class customer service.  Under Ray's leadership and vision, Med-Ready Healthcare is quickly emerging as a leader in healthcare servicing, healthcare awareness and philanthropy work within the healthcare industry.

A recognized vocal and visible leader in his local community, Ray's constant drive to confront healthcare issues and provide innovative resolutions has made Med-Ready Healthcare a go-to company. Ray's leadership is responsible for the company having retained its elite reputation in the community.

When Ray is away from Med-Ready Healthcare, he enjoys playing the guitar, watching his favorite sport which is baseball, and being involved in community efforts that assist children.

Ray has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Management from the University of Nevada Reno. He is also a Veteran of the United States Army. Ray lives in Granite Bay, CA with his wife and three children.

Gary Maloney, Executive Vice President

Gary Maloney brings a strong background in program coordination and management, and is responsible for the development of the education services facility.  When it comes to industry trends and shifts within the healthcare professions, Gary is a visionary and innovator.  Being able to adapt and refine the ongoing changes is paramount in the success of our company.  Mr. Maloney is responsible for the implementation of Med-Ready’s operations including client management, identifying new opportunities, assisting government agencies with current staffing deficiencies, logistics, and vendor relations.  He also manages relationships with all Med-Ready clients, and will develop and manage the Med-Ready Educational Program along with the Director of Education.  

Gary is a Veteran of the United States Army, and when he is not working hard at Med-Ready, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, and being an active father in their life.

 


 
Monica Francisco, National accounts Manager / Recruiter

Dedicated.  Efficient.  Professional.  Attentive.  Reliable.  Fun.  These are words clients and candidates alike have used to describe Monica Francisco, a National Recruiter with Med-Ready Healthcare.  Monica comes to us with more than 10 years of experience in recruiting as well as sales, and brings with her an extensive network of professionals and contacts that are sure to assist Med-Ready in their quest for success.   
 
In her spare time, Monica is an avid traveler and has been all over the world.  She just returned from volunteering in Africa and continues to spend much of her time volunteering locally in the United States.  Her next volunteer stint is to a rural village in Mexico, where she will be aiding at a Med Clinic.  Currently, she is trying to raise money for Relay For Life, an American Cancer Society affiliate and plans to run her 9th marathon for Team in Training sometime this year, (another American Cancer Society affiliate).  She has a passion for writing and is currently in the process of getting several children’s books published.

Tom Skaff, National Accounts Manger / Recruiter

Tom Skaff comes to Med-Ready with a wide range of Customer Service and HR experience under his belt.  Having worked for Nordstrom for 15 years and then onto HR and Recruiting, Tom brings with him a wealth of knowledge, and an incredibly positive attitude…that transcends any industry.  “Tom lives on the sunny side of life, always looking for the good in every situation,” says a Med-Ready colleague.  “What a treat to have him as a part of our team!”

Tom has two children, Zack and Abby and they are the motivation and inspiration in his life.  In his spare time, he enjoys drawing, swimming and playing piano.  And is an active volunteer, having participated heavily in blood and platelet donation.  He loves the ocean and finds great peace in the calming effects it has. 

Avatar - Wolverine; recovers quickly, adapts to his environment, extremely loyal to his friends, and fights for the underdog, rises up to the challenge, never gives up…doesn’t know how old he is because he is constantly rejuvenating.

 


 
Nina Madsen, Government Contracts Coordinator

Nanette Madsen came to Med-Ready directly from The California Department of Consumer Affairs where she served as Deputy Director, and has extensive experience in legislation and policy from her years in the Governor’s Office and California State Senate.  In her role as Government Contracts Coordinator at Med-Ready, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the Government arena, not to mention an incredible zest and affinity for the healthcare industry, handling everything from government to public affairs. She is an honors graduate of Sacramento State University with a major in Government, and has been intricately involved in the overall state of our nation’s affairs for years. 

Happily married for 5 years to her college sweetheart, she enjoys make-up artistry and spends her free time running, camping, riding motorcycles and playing with her dog.  Her professional, lifelong goal is to run a foundation that provides homes, education, counseling, and healthcare for children who are victims of sexual abuse.

Abe Dajani; Staffing Director Senior Recruiter

As Staffing Director here at Med-Ready Healthcare, people are his first priority--and it is not much different in his personal life. HeI believes that everyone can reach their full potential if willing to roll up their sleeves and work for it! At Med-Ready, he uses that same philosophy to help others reach their full potential. He has spent several years in the healthcare industry and understand the importance of personal relationships. His personal motto is “work hard, play harder!” Healthcare is not his job, it’s his passion! During his time off, he likes to work out, coach youth sports, and spend time with family & friends. He is a very dedicated person who likes to help others in need. He enjoys many different hobbies and most anything that has to do with the outdoors.

Megan Wright, Office Manager/ Dental Staffing Manager

First impressions are invaluable for any company.  That is why Med-Ready Healthcare brought Megan Wright on board to be the face of our organization.  As Office Manager and gatekeeper, Megan not only “runs the show,” but her enthusiasm and personal skills are unmatched.  Meet her once, and you will feel as though you have been friends for years. 
A consummate workaholic and enthusiast, Megan is never at rest.  She is a certified Diamondtologist, studied International Business at Sacramento State University, and is an avid wine connoisseur.  As a woman who loves to travel, Megan has trekked the country to see her favorite artist, Dave Matthews Band.
 
Megan has a vibrancy for life, and her favorite quote provides the perfect insight into her philosophy of life: “Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "Woo hoo! What a ride!" She believes all things are possible through Christ.
